Our team want to see your issues resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible, and we take pride in our friendly and caring approach. Speaking with our team is like having your problems fixed by good friends. During term time the dedicated SIMS team are available to answer your questions every working day.


Our team offers SIMS support to over 130 schools and specialise in providing help with new SIMS modules, and SIMS and Solus 3 upgrades, Census and , exams and end of year processes. We will help simplify those important termly milestones by providing step-by-step SIMS guidance procedures for Key Stage Assessments and End of Year processes.

As part of the SIMS support we also provide you with 3 hours of on-site support per term, tailored to whatever your needs maybe.

In the event that you need to buy into SIMS and Tech support, we will take away any of your apprehension and help make the process a seamless experience. 


We offer SIMS training and consultancy for your individual schools’ needs. The training is either ½ day or full day depending on the type of course – and is delivered in our SIMS training room to allow you to get away from the day to day business of school and focus on your learning. The cost of each training course is on a per person basis.
