Jane Torrens

I joined the council back in 2007, working for the old Oswestry Borough Council in various roles including performance monitoring/reporting and web editing.

In 2009 I moved over to the new Shropshire Council as a marketing officer and then in 2013, moved into the web team where I have a keen interest in improving the council's digital experience from a user perspective, including content flow, removing unnecessary fluff and basically making things more straight forward.

Outside of work, you'll generally find me out and about walking with my best buds, Trav and Ty my Jack Russells!
