How our ICT team can help.
Our team of friendly and professional learning technologists and support technicians work closely with teachers, support staff, parents and pupils. We provide scheduled onsite support services, telephone and remote assistance, ongoing network maintenance and project management services.
We are committed to supporting schools in integrating the effective use of technology into all aspects of their school provision, from enhancing teaching and learning through to streamlining administration and improving communications both inside and outside of your school.
We can support your entire ICT infrastructure, including, but not limited to, providing advice and consultation on the best use of technology, supplying and installing said technology, then providing robust staff development and support as and when you need it.

Scheduled onsite field technician support.
We can provide scheduled onsite technician support visits for schools who either:
- Do not have an in house ICT support team.
- Have an existing ICT team who would like some additional help and support.
ICT strategy consulting.
We work closely with schools to design a successful ICT strategy to meet the needs of the computing curriculum and the wider school improvement process. In doing so we will consult and work with all key stakeholders to ensure that all solutions are designed to meet the specific an unique needs of your school.

In addition to our scheduled onsite technical support services for schools, Our ICT provides a dedicated telephone, remote and scheduled onsite support service that is tailored to the needs of your school’s admin department and reception area.
Hardware purchasing, installation, configuration and ongoing management.
We work directly with ICT suppliers to offer school's educational discounts on all school hardware purchases including but not limited to tablet devices, desktop PCs, interactive whiteboards, digital signage, projectors, cloud solutions, complex server projects.
Once these are purchased, our complete "end to end" service will ensure that all devices are installed, configured and supported so you can use them to their full potential in the shortest possible time.
Cloud consultancy.
As a Microsoft cloud specialist and VMware Enterprise partner, we provide guidance and expert advice to schools wanting to implement a transparent education focused cloud strategy designed to meet their digital learning and department requirements.
